Roku is the company/platform that pioneered online streaming for TV’s and is extremely popular as people in the USA / Canada disconnect from traditional cable TV and look for more convenient and cost-effective ways to watch TV.

In 2017, 20% of smart TVs sold in the USA and Canada included Roku.

Roku is found in 8.6% of USA households.

In 2017 Roku increased its accounts/users by 44%.
